Start crying when i get really tired and can't help it. what is wrong with me?

Need to find out: Crying is normal and everyone engages in it. It is more likely to occur when we are stressed. It depends on how distressing it is to you; and how often it occurs, as to whether or not it is a problem. You wrote in this question, so i assume your tearfulness causes you some type of distress. Proper diagnosis and treatment is needed. Start with your primary doctor and talk about it with them.
