Size & location ?: Scars can be improved with proper care allowing optimal healing, silicone films, etc. Small scars on the skin can almost disappear. Larger skin scars need procedures some surgical to hide or camouflage them.
There are a lot of options but the specific treatment depends on size, location and age of the scar.

Consult plastic sugn: If you have a concern about a specific scar or scars your best bet is to consult a plastic surgeon and or a dermatologist to see if a "revision" procedure can produce a more cosmetically acceptable result.

See a Urologist: Post traumatic scars are usually manged the same as other scars by use of scar creams or silicone gel sheets but some patients can develop areas of redness and thickening that may represent a disease process and should be best evaluated and addressed by a urologist so seek a consultation with a urologist.
