Can't answer this: "lung scar" can mean a lot of things, only a few of which should interfere with your ability to work. Many doctors refer to "lung scarring" when describing a condition called idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. This can be a disabling condition that is progressive and largely untreatable. If you have this its best to go to a center that runs ipf clinical trials. Search google for one near you if so.

Heart surgery 2014. Recent surgery to remove scar tissue left lung. One-week later repeat surgery to stop artery bleed L-lung. 2-liter clot. Now large bubbles from the bottom of left lung to top. Med pain. Bubbles on exertion or moving?
I had a CT scan to rule out PE z following D&E at 16 weeks. CT scan noted Scarring of the lung apices. I never had TB (I get tested for work) and I dont smoke. Is this a cause for concern?
