Vitamin D3: The best treatment is to take vitamin d3, available over-the-counter. I advise taking 20, 000 iu/day for a month, then 5, 000 iu/day. Spending at least 10 min. A day in the sun from april-sept. Between 10-3 (without sunscreen) will provide adequate vit d.If you don't do that then it take year-round.
