Yes : With a sinonasal infection, the mucous membrane of the nose and sinuses is inflamed. It is extremely common to have bloody discharge or even some heavier nosebleeds. Treat the sinus infection as directed by your doctor, but don't forget increased oral fluids and nasal saline irrigations to flush out the nose and sinuses.
