would a sinus infection cause nosebleeds? i get dizzy throughout day and a nosebleed in afternoon for 5 days now, what do i do?

You: Probably will not bleed enough from a sinus infection to cause light headiness. With sinuses, sometimes balance mechanism in inner ear get involved. Blood also comes from broken capillaries in your nasal passages. Recommend see ENT if bleeding persist.
