Is it normal to have two nose bleeds while being treated for a sinus infection??

Sometimes: Acute bacterial sinus infection can sometimes present with blood tinged mucous. If the bleeding persist then evaluation by a Physician would be appropriate and there can be many other causes of a bloody nose.
