Yes: Cancer in general can cause fatigue/weight loss. If there is a concern for colon cancer, a colonoscopy may be helpful.

Yes: Those are secondary symptoms of cancer if that is the primary cause. You should have regular screenings with colonoscopy if you had a curative resection. If you still haven't had surgery you should get it done asap.
