Diarrhea: How is your weight? stable? I don't believe you have colon ca unless you have a strong family history, your symptoms could be 2/2 IBS vs gluten intolerance vs lactose intolerance. start with some meditation to get your anxiety under control, then avoid dairy product for 4-6 wks, if not better then omit Gluten as much as you can for 6-8 weeks and see if you get better. see a dr if these didn't work

Rare but possible: At 25 it would be very unusual to develop colorectal cancer and almost always would be related to an inherited family predisposition like having 2 or more first degree family members with colorectal cancer, ovarian or endometrial cancer or someone with a lot of polyps. At your age these symptoms are usually not cancer but you absolutely see your doctor for a check up
