Yes.: Those symptoms could all reflect a colon cancer, and that is what needs to be ruled out by a physician. It could possilby be other causes, diverticular disease, ibs, malabsorption syndromes, but the most worrisome possible cause (colon cancer) still remains pretty high on the list of possibilities. Seek medical attention please!
