Workup incomplete: Can have an oesophageal duplication cyst or bronchogenic cyst. Have your thoracic surgeon review films, may need cta or selective angiogram to assess vascularity. In any case, the final diagnosis done by a pathologist and a microscope. Therefore removal of mass for pathologic diagnosis is the usual treatment.
