No: This specific gravity could be seen with kidney disease but also could be seen with much fluid intake and water pill intake. Other conditions like diabetes insipidus maybe the case.

Kidney is fine: The specific gravity ranges normally from 1002 to 1030. Your sg is normal. Kidney function is best determined by blood creatinine level.
