You may be diabetic: High levels of glucose and protein in the urine are virtually never normal (might happen during bad illness or after heavy exercise). A likely possibility is diabetes. See a physician soon to have further tests. If you do have diabetes, that illness can be mostly silent but do serious damage to your health.
