Depends: All twin pregnancy are at risk for ptl.Your cervix at 2.5 cm requires follow up with your high risk doctor to make sure is not shortening any more. Dont stress too much, make sure u let the doctor know if you get cramping, bleeding or leakage of fluid.Make sure you keep ur appts as well.
