During my first pregnancy, my doctor informed me that my cervical length at 19 weeks & 6 days, was 3.29cm when pressure was applied via vaginal ultrasound. is this too short since its not 4cm? i gave birth 40 weeks & 5 days?

Likely ok: You should ask your OBGYN Dr @ this also, but if you had a normal pregnancy & delivery the 1st time it is likely you will again. The length of the cervix is a factor but also whether it stays closed until near the time of birth

I had red bleeding at 19 weeks, I went to the ER & babys ultrasound was normal & cervix was closed. Doctor checked the cervix & didnt see anymore bleeding, the Bleeding stopped right afterwards. Could the cause be birth defect?
