Rest and enjoy: If you enjoy what you are doing, time passes much more quickly with less stress. Focus on how you are using your skills, which are really gifts. Take time to relax periodically during working hours, socialize with colleagues, seek new ways to solve problems. Don't "what if" yourself with negative possibilities, or slam the option door with "can't".

Agree w Dr. Eisen: Balance work with the rest of your life. Aim for 7.5 - 8 hours of sleep/ night. Daily physical activity is optimal in a green space. Eat healthfully. Cut out junk carbs, caffeine & alcohol (or moderate). Try Qi Gong, Tai Chi, acupuncture, acupressure, homeopathy, meditation, Yoga, exercise program, deep breathing exercises or Progressive muscle relaxation.
