Face your addictions: Sooner rather than later. I don't know what you are taking Prozac (fluoxetine) for. Encourage you to undergo a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. Medical evaluation is needed to determine damage to your body related to your bulimia. Psychotherapy w a good psychologist who has expertise in eating disorders is important. Between your addictions - you will become too distracted to fully dedicate yourself >.

Behaviorl addictions: Addictive behaviors are not limited to alcohol and drugs. Overeaters anonymous (www.Oa.Org) and sex addicts anonymous (www.Sexaa.Org) offer lots of support and information helpful for these issues. A therapist who treats behavioral addiction can help too.
