What's does it mean when you use nose spray and now it hard for you to breath out of both nose?

Which nose spray?: Some over the counter nasal sprays if used consistently will cause rebound nasal congestion. These include afrin, phenylephrine or any similar medication. Nasal saline and prescription nose sprays should not do this. I usually recommend only using over the counter medicated sprays like afrin for a maximum of 3 or 4 days.
