My nose been stop up for about 2yrs now, what can i do to help that. i use nasal spray all the time so it can help me breath. what should i do?

Addicted: To nose spray.If you use afrin (oxymetazoline) or a similar type decongestant nose spray around the clock ( daily ) for more than 3-4 days, your nose won't open without using the spray.Your nose has become dependent on the spray.It's hard to get off this cycle but your doctor can help, or you can go without it for a week , and going forward, only use it spairingly.
