Changing One's Life: The physician's here are surprised by this common question. Why would anyone assume they can change their body without doing what is necessary to lose weight. To lose weight one has to change their life. They have to move more, eat less, eat less sugars, and continue to move more. Do not set yourself up to fail by not getting some form of exercise into your lifestyle.
