Weight loss: Sorry, but no such thing as a fat burner food and no quick way. The only way to lose weight is to use up more calories than what you take in. Called the "eat less and move more" plan, it is guaranteed to work. Not necessarily easy to implement, but this is what it takes and not some hope for a quick fix or a silver bullet.
