Can be dangerous: Yes, these infections can be dangerous, especially in people with compromised immune systems (due to organ transplant, hiv, age, nutritional status, etc). Cmvcan feel like mononucleosis, but also imapired vision, diarrhea, pneumonia, seizures and coma; and toxoplasmosis: headache, seizure, fever muscle pain, . CMV usually has no symptoms except in immunocompromise - please see you doctor!
