Im positive for ebv/cmv simultaneously. i dont have active infection, but have body aches fatigue, any way to know how recently was exposed?

In general sense: Only in a general sense. If you have IgM antibody for either CMV or EBV, then the infection was relatively recent. If IgM is negative and IgG is positive then the infection was in the past. As everyone's transition from IgM to IgG varies, more specific timing of the infection is not possible.
