This is good: Having the igg for all of these illness is a good thing for any future pregnancies. Having this positive antibody lab shows that there is protection so she will not get these illnesses during a pregnancy and therefore the baby will be protected.

None: A pos igg just means that she has been exposed to these agents and has developed some immunity. The more important antibody would be igm which indicates current or very recent infection. There are many reasons for miscarriages and it requires a gyn to assist her on that.
