Maybe,maybe not: If you both have confirmed rh negative blood, the baby could only be negative & no shots would be needed. If the OB could not confirm the fathers blood type, & there was any chance this was wrong, they might give the routine Rhogam at about 28 weeks just to be cautious. After delivery, another Rhogam shot to protect future pregnancies would depend on the babies blood type.

No : The concern is usually on the second child when the father is + and the mother is negative. Not the case here.
