No: You,the Mom is Rh positive. You should not have blood complications during your pregnancy. If you carry the Rh negative gene 50% of your babies will be Rh negative. If not, both your babies will carry the Rh negative gene. You should not have difficulties. Congratulations and all the best.

Doubt it: There might be a chance of mild ABO incompatibility with this pairing, but that is usually not more than a mild inconvenience when it does happen. The docs will monitor the issue. It is certainly not anything like the blood type issues we dealt with decades ago with Rh incompatibility.
