Depends: If the first baby was rh negative you did not need rhogram and there will be no problem with a future pregnancy. If the baby was positive you could form antibodies to a future baby which can destroy that babies red blood cells and harm or kill a future baby. Check with your OB and see . Most likely you did not get Rhogam because the first baby was rh negative.
