I'm rh negative with antibodies and want another baby. my blood type is o negative and so is my husbands. will i be able to have a successful pregnanc?

Should be: If both you and your husband are Rh negative, you should not have a problem. However, I would recommend consulting your obstetrician before getting pregnant as there are multiple types of Rh, the common term Rh refers to D antigen only. The others are E, e, C, and c. Wish you good health and a healthy baby!
