Many things: Gastritis, muscle pain, acid reflux are a few things that come to mind. Diagnosis of abdominal pain is complicated and requires a lot more information besides location.

What else is happeni: What did you just eat? Have you had anything like this before? What did you do before that time? Are your bowels or bladder having trouble? Any blood in urine? Do you feel nauseous? If you are having trouble, you cannot wait, go to the hospital. Rarely after gall bladder surgery, the pancreas can have problems. It does not sound like a kidney stone.
