Probably: Severe sharp pain behind one eye and extending along the temple and above the ear is typical for migraine. These may have associated visual blurring, tearing, nasal discharge, ss well as nausea and confusion. They may come as a progressive pain that can last many hours, or as recurrent brief but intense pain in clusters. Discuss this with your doctor.
