Hemicrania continua: Is a rare continuous one-sided headache that never shifts sides. The typical presentation is a dull throbbing ache that is moderate to severe in intensity. Because these patients usually respond to Indomethacin within 48 hours, they are also classified as an indomethacin-responsive headache disorder. Rec.: see orofacial pain or headache specialist for evaluation, diagnosis and management.

Hemicrania : See a neurologist. Hemicrania is one sided headache which is there 24 x7. There may be intermittent worsening with tearing, redness in eye or congestion. It response to indomethacin, migraine are also one sided, but there are generally intermittent, though chronic migraines can be there all the time.
