My daughter weights 16 lbs. i gave her the wrong dose of medication. i gave her 4 ml of ibuprofen she is 7 months. should i bring her to the hospital?

No: The dose is higher than recommended but not to the level a single dose should be a problem. I would not give another dose in less than 12 hours, then the dose of 3.5 ml would be the maxim. ( this assumes you are using the 100 mg/5 ml concentration.).
