Dose by weight: The dose of Ibuprofen would depend on your daughter's weight (usually 5 to 10 mg for every 2 1/4 pounds of weight). It may also depend on why she is taking it, and if she has other health conditions. I don't recommend Ibuprofen for children who are dehydrated, vomiting, or have any kidney problems as Ibuprofen can cause side effects for these children.
