No: Depends as well on the type of the antibiotic, in general your child might have some loose bowels or nothing at all, continue the course, wish your daughter and yourself wellness

Doubt it: Sometimes a higher dose of antibiotic can bring out more side effects, whatever they are for a given med (you didn't say). Otherwise, antibiotic excesses are not considered toxic (for most) and you should not worry about it, especially at this minimal level.
