Swelling?: Are you being overactive? Even though this is a relatively minor procedure, if you are too active, you will have continued pain and swelling for a while. Also maybe you got back into a shoe too quickly. Maybe you have an infection-signs include redness, swelling, pain and possibly drainage.

I got my: Is the toe red and swollen? Do you have a bandage on it that is too tight? Call you surgeon now and insist on appt. Asap to check the toe to r/o infection, you will need snyibiotics. In rare instances people after foot surgery develop a condition called complex regional pain syndrome with severe pain, hot/cold/ clammy skin that has to be diagnosed and treated quickly . Feel better.
