15 minutes: To perform the surgery. Stitches are moved at about 14 days. You can walk immediately but in a surgical shoe.

10-15: Surgical time to correct your toe deformity should take the surgeon about 10-15minutes. The total operation time is about 30 minutes or so. As far as recovery, 4 weeks until you can get back to normal shoe gear. Remember that even though this is minor surgery, a bone is remove and bone takes time to heal. Swelling is also very important so please rest after the surgery.

Surgery: As said the actual time is usually 10-15 minutes for an arthroplasty. If pin fixation is used it will take a little longer. Healing time for is usually 10-14 days for skin healing time. If bone fusion is needed this can take 4-6 weeks
