Tomorrow i am having my knuckle bone removed out of my pinky toe. will i be given a special boot or shoe? i just want to know what i have to look for.

Probably yes: Typically, after the "knuckle", what doctors call the head of the phalanx, is removed, the toe is dressed with a gauze dressing and a post-op shoe is dispensed. Depending on the surgery and the surgeon, a patient will be in the post-op shoe for up to 4 weeks.
