Urine symptoms. : With usage of psa we find cancer often with no symptoms. However if symptoms occur they would be frequent urination, decreased urine flow or stream, frequent urination while sleeping, burning or painful urination, inability to urinate at all, erectile dysfunction.

Mostly none: Since a simple blood test and rectal exam pick up most prostate cancers before they are large or involved enough to cause symptoms, most prostate cancers are diagnosed without any symptoms. Understand that while some prostate cancers can cause urinary symptoms, many other benign things can also cause urinary symptoms.. Medications, benign enlargement of the prostate, bladder issues.

None early on...: Prostate cancer may not cause signs or symptoms in early stages. Prostate cancer that is more advanced may cause signs and symptoms such as: trouble urinating, decreased force in the stream of urine, blood in the urine, blood in the semen, swelling in the legs, discomfort in the pelvic area, and bone pain. Some risk factors include advanced age and family history. Black men are at greater risk.

Prostate cancer: Most patients will not have symptoms until the cancer is very advanced or has spread. The clear majority of patients are diagnosed at early stages and will usually be diagnosed after having an elevated prostate specific antigen (PSA) test or after an abnormal digital rectal exam (DRE). These tests are usually performed by your primary care doctor or urologist.

No symptoms ...: Prostate cancer is usually asymptomatic until progressing to its very late stage which causes urinary blockage or / and pain from bony metastasis. More? Seek evaluation and counseling by urologist.
