Varies widely.: Cancer can initially have no symptoms, or generalized symptoms such as weight loss or fatigue. Prostate cancer can present with difficulty urination, blood in the urine, or pelvic or bone pain. Colon cancer can present with blood in the stool, pain with defecation, change in the caliber of stools, and abdominal pain.
