How long does it take for concerta to be completely out of your system and for it not to be able to effect any type of tests / body / blood?

24-48 hours: Concerta doesn't show up on most drug screens. Insurance company tests may screen for it. Methylphenidate (active ingredient of concerta) has a very short half life so it's out of your body quickly. It is not likely to be found in body fluids after 72 hours of non-use.
