A member asked:

Is it possible for concerta to be mistaken for cocaine in a blood test?

No: it could be mistaken for amphetamine, but certainly not cocaine. In addition, blood tests are not the first choice in looking for cocaine, because it is present only for a very short period of time, and at a very low concentration. Urine is the preferred fluid, though it can be detected in saliva/oral fluid as well. Concerta is a long-acting methyphenidate preparation and is chemically different.

Blood test: nope. False positives for cocaine have been reported with Antibiotics, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents, & tonic water.
