Accutane levels: An 80 mg dose of 14c-isotretinoin as a liquid had a half-life of 90 hours. Metabolites of Isotretinoin and any conjugates are ultimately excreted in the feces and urine in relatively equal amounts with half-lives of roughly one day. After 5-6 half lives you should be essentially free of drug. Levels can be done but may be quite costly. If you want to become pregnant would wait a week or more.
