The right side of my right knee is swollen up alot. its been going on for a month. it sort of is 'sticking out' and hurts. what should i do? ouch!

See a physician: If the swelling is due to trauma, an orthopedist should be consulted. If no injury is involved, then a rheumatologist would be the best bet for a 27 year old with arthritis.

See your doctor: Best to see a primary care doctor or a rheumatologist so that they can hear your full story and so they can ask you pertinent questions and examine you. That way, they can help you figure out what is going on. There are may different possibilities that can be causing your symptoms.
