Get checked: There are a number of potential causes, but i would sure be checked. Meniscal pathology can cause symptoms similar to what you are describing, as could a bakers cyst; but a blood clot is potentially life threatening condition that can be associated with calf pain and swelling as well. Please get checked. Thank you.

Likely meniscus tear: If you have a twisting injury to your knee, you may have injured your meniscus. This causes the knee to swell and the swelling will also cause some pressure and the feeling of swelling on the back of the knee or even upper calf region. You should see your doctor and maybe even a sports specialist for an exam. A MRI may be indicated along with arthroscopic surgery.
