I have 4 circular rashes on my feet, knee and knuckles. they don't itch or hurt but are growing. as a side note, my knuckles are swollen. any ideas?

Many possibilities : Rashes that are circular could be due to a number of possible conditions including psoriasis, eczema, lichen planus, and some granulomatous conditions. Psoriasis can be associated within arthritis. Consult a dermatologist to check the rash and for a potential biopsy and lab work for your symptoms.
