Fell on my knee 10 days ago & its still swollen & bruised below the knee cap & is warm to the touch. the outer side of my knee also hurts to touch.

Knee pain: Have you used any kind of treatment, like pills or an anti-inflamatory ointment? Does it affect your daily activities, like walking, going up the stairs or any kind of exercise? If the pain is still present, you should attend a medical consult (ortophedic preferently), so they can make the pertinent clinical tests to your knee and see if you need X-rays or treatment.
