Can the gallbladder w/sludge be inflammed without person feeling pain? is it normal for gb to be inflammed but have no pain

Yes: Pain with gb usually when trying to squeeze against pressure like blowing a pea thru a straw. If gb drains without pressure may not have pain but if sludge gets stuck in tube draining gb, ouch. Also nausea and vomiting if pressure builds up.
