See your ped doc: There are several possibilities including juvenile arthritis. Have you pediatrician evaluat the child and consider a consultation with a pediatric rheumatologist if it is deemed appropriate.

Many reasons: There is a whole list of possibilities for this pain. I would seek the attention of a pediatric orthopaedic surgeon immediately.

Bakers Cysts.: The location of her pain makes one suspect that she has bilateral bakers cysts. But the answer is still the same see an orthopedist and let him make the diagnosis.
