Why was the HSG done: It is not uncommon that we see the uterus titled to one side or the other or flexed (or verted) front or backwards. This is normal. Hsgs usually can show if the tubes are blocked or if there are masses or polyps in the uterine cavity but if none of these things are seen then there is no more information to be have from this study.
