Is a fasting glucose level of 63 any concern?

On insulin?: Are you on insulin? If you are not on insulin, then a fasting glucose of 63 could be normal in a younger person that is physically active. If you are on Insulin and are diabetic, it is a little bit too low and your Insulin dose needs adjustment.

Fasting glucose : levels. Different people can tolerate different blood sugar levels _ especially when comparing diabetics to non-diabetics. Although this level could cause some people to have symptoms of hypoglycemia if might be fine for someone else.
